What to Check on a Used Embody
Inspect the back pan for cracks or stress marks where the pixelated sections meet, since that part does the most work. Test every adjustment: seat depth, backfit dial, armrest height/width, and recline tension.
Check casters and the base stem for cracking, and make sure it rolls smoothly. Minor upholstery fading is cosmetic; torn seams exposing foam are not.
